Car blocking an advisory bike line = there is nothing you can do about this insane policy
Vehicle idling but not moving = protest by standing or sitting peacefully until it goes away. If it's a commercial object call the company
Vehicle obstructing a pavement = tell Police Scotland and save the
incident number. You can also take a photo, sit or stand in the vicinity until it goes away and/or leave a polite note reminding the person responsible that pavements are for walkers, wheelchair users and children not their bulky pointless heaps of steel/polythene
Someone going too fast in an oil-/electricity-powered object particularly in densely populated area = tell Police Scotland and write down the incident number
Horn to intimidate / pass too close = tell Police Scotland and write down the incident number
Person on a bike going through a red light = call it out at the time, and then let Police Scotland know and write down the incident number
